About The Position

Now Hiring: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – $7,500 Sign-On Bonus! Are you passionate about helping others regain independence and improve their quality of life? Join our compassionate and dynamic rehab team as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) and make a real difference every day! As a COTA, you’ll work closely with our Occupational Therapists to support patients recovering from injury, illness, or disability. Through therapeutic activities and personalized care, you’ll help individuals regain the skills they need for daily living.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
• Current COTA license required
• Current CPR certification required
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of an OT
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and daily activities
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive equipment
• Be a reliable and punctual team player
