Minnesota COTA License.
Strong time management and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Home health familiarity is a plus.
Experience with senior care clients preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement mobility and fine motor skill exercises guided by the patient’s care plan.
Engage patients in activities that promote independence in daily routines.
Accurately document all treatments and results in the patient EMR.
Report all observations to the OT for timely care coordination.
