About The Position

Assists in the provision of direct occupational therapy services to patients across the Health System's continuum of care. Works under the direct supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program with an Associate of Science Degree as a Occupational Therapist Assistant
• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Current Occupational Therapist Assistant licensure in the State of Hawaii
• One (1) year experience in a rehabilitation/clinical unit or facility preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required with retraining every two (2) years
