Requirements

Active COTA license in good standing
BLS CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

Provide home care therapy under the supervision of an OT
Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
