About The Position

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Phoebe Berks Health Care Center in Wernersville, PA has a PART TIME opportunity available. This role can offer between 20-29 hours per week on a consistent basis.

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work consistent weekly schedule of 20-29 hours (note - scheduled hours will be determined by case load)

Nice To Haves

• It's great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
• Nethealth Experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans
• maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
• help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
