Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA - Home Health
About The Position
Haven Home Health & Hospice is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our locally owned, clinician-led team serving Springfield and the surrounding communities. Requirements
- Active Missouri COTA license and certification in good standing
- At least 1 year of experience as a COTA within the last 3 years
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services
- Carry out individualized plans of care under OT supervision
- Coordinate with the OT and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Support patients and families through education and communication
