Requirements

  • Licensed COTA in good standing
  • Passion for post-acute or skilled nursing care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, patient-centered mindset

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of our OT
  • Help patients regain independence in daily activities
  • Collaborate with therapists, nursing, and clinical staff to create meaningful treatment plans
  • Document care accurately and efficiently
  • Build real connections with patients and families
