Requirements
- Licensed COTA in good standing
- Passion for post-acute or skilled nursing care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, patient-centered mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of our OT
- Help patients regain independence in daily activities
- Collaborate with therapists, nursing, and clinical staff to create meaningful treatment plans
- Document care accurately and efficiently
- Build real connections with patients and families
