About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide pediatric home health services within a local, manageable caseload.

Requirements

• Active COTA license in Texas – REQUIRED
• Pediatric experience – REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation within assigned service area
• Strong communication and time management skills
• ⚠️ This role is pediatric-focused. Adult-only backgrounds will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pediatric OT services in home and community settings
• Follow established OT treatment plans
• Document sessions accurately and on time
• Communicate with supervising OTs and families
