Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for Bethany at Pacific, a highly regarded skilled nursing facility in Everett, WA. Requirements

  • Current Washington COTA license in good standing
  • Degree from an accredited OTA program
  • Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years SNF experience Preferred
  • SNF experience preferred - but not required
  • If you're caring, motivated, and licensed, we'll support your growth

Responsibilities

  • Treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting
  • ADL retraining and adaptive strategies
  • Transfer training (all levels)
  • Fall prevention and safety training
  • Treatment of clinically complex patients
  • Carrying out treatment plans under OT supervision
  • Collaboration with nursing, PT, ST, and facility staff
