Requirements

Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
Current State Licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required
BLS/CPR Certification required

Nice To Haves

While 1 year of direct patient care experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and goal achievement.
Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and document outcomes.
Collaborate with patients and care teams to deliver age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care.
Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and follow safety protocols.
