Three Rivers Care is now hiring for a full-time and PRN Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) ! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapists/assistants, Occupational Therapists/assistants, and Speech Therapists to join our team. What you will do: The Certified Occupation Therapy Assistant (COTA) demonstrate professional knowledge of, and skill in applying, a wide range of theories, principles, and methodologies of the practice of occupational therapy. Specialized content areas of occupational therapy practice include, but are not limited to, hand specialty, ergonomics, blind/visual rehabilitation assistive technology, functional capacity examination, polytrauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, geriatrics, mental health, driver rehabilitation, home based primary care, etc. These services are accomplished in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary treatment teams as appropriate.
Requirements
- Must have valid Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant credentials that is in good standing
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
