Position Overview We're seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated team at Cascades at Sugarland Ridge, a highly respected skilled nursing facility in Sheridan, WY. This is a wonderful opportunity for a motivated, caring, and team-oriented therapist who enjoys working with the geriatric population. You'll help residents regain independence and confidence in their daily lives while being part of a supportive and collaborative therapy team. Need help mastering a skill? Requirements

• Current Wyoming OTA license in good standing
• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, self-motivated, and dedicated to improving patient outcomes

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of SNF experience preferred, but new grads with passion and initiative are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with adaptive ADL retraining and functional mobility activities
• Treat residents with varying degrees of clinical complexity
• Demonstrate proficiency with all types of transfers and safety techniques
• Accurately document therapy sessions in compliance with company and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure consistent, patient-centered care
