Responsibilities
- Work closely with Occupational Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
- Provide hands-on therapy services in accordance with established care plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident progress and outcomes
- Contribute to a positive, supportive rehabilitation environment
