Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Occupational Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans
  • Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
  • Provide hands-on therapy services in accordance with established care plans
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident progress and outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive rehabilitation environment
