Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Full-Time

Requirements
- Hold a current Washington OTA license in good standing
- Graduated from an accredited OTA program
- Are organized, self-directed, and motivated
- Enjoy working with the geriatric population and value patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- COTAs with 1+ year of SNF experience
Responsibilities
- Assist in treating a variety of residents, including those with clinically complex needs
- Perform and teach safe transfers
- Deliver adaptive ADL retraining (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal prep, etc.)
- Support and carry out the individualized treatment plans created by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Promote residents' independence, safety, and meaningful participation in daily activities
- Provide competency training and ongoing mentorship
