Requirements

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Washington license)
  • Someone reliable, motivated, and ready to contribute
  • A strong communicator who enjoys being part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in post-acute care is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out personalized treatment plans under the direction of an OT
  • Helping residents regain independence and confidence
  • Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and support staff
  • Being a key part of our residents’ recovery journeys
