Requirements

  • Graduated from an accredited program for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) .
  • Valid state license or pending license for new graduates.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement effective, customized treatment plans for patients.
  • Set individualized goals and provide hands-on support to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
  • Maintain productivity standards and complete necessary documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
  • Make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and act as a trusted partner in your community.
