Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited program for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) .
- Valid state license or pending license for new graduates.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus, but not required!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement effective, customized treatment plans for patients.
- Set individualized goals and provide hands-on support to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete necessary documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
