About The Position

We’re hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a skilled nursing facility in Hobe Sound, FL. This role is ideal for a COTA who enjoys working with a geriatric population and wants to be part of a collaborative rehab team focused on functional outcomes.

Requirements

• Active COTA license in the state of Florida
• Strong understanding of geriatric rehab and ADL training
• Ability to work independently while supporting team goals
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OTR
• Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional mobility
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
