You will support two wonderful communities- Alpine Way in Shelton and Solstice at Point Defiance in Tacoma-both known for their warm environments and commitment to resident-centered care. You'll join a supportive, collaborative therapy team that values your skills, your growth, and your impact. 🏥 What You'll Do As a COTA in our SNF and ALF-based rehab programs, you will: Assist in treating a variety of residents, including those with clinically complex needs Perform and teach safe transfers Deliver adaptive ADL retraining (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal prep, etc.) Support and carry out the individualized treatment plans created by the supervising Occupational Therapist Promote residents' independence, safety, and meaningful participation in daily activities Need help in any skill area? Requirements
- Hold a current Washington OTA license in good standing
- Graduated from an accredited OTA program
- Are organized, self-directed, and motivated
- Enjoy working with the geriatric population and value patient-centered care
