Requirements

  • COTA Certification for the state of Kansas
  • Ability to pass drug tests, background checks, and physical exams
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients

Nice To Haves

  • Home Health experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Delivering occupational therapy services to clients in their homes based on the treatment plan developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Documenting client progress and maintaining records according to agency policies and federal regulations.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic care and continuity.
  • Promoting and maintaining client safety in adherence to agency protocols.
  • Executing therapy treatments and assisting clients with the activities of daily living as outlined in their care plan.
  • Performing additional job-related duties as assigned by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
