We’re seeking a PRN COTA to support OT services at a vibrant senior-living community in the Auburn area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, collaborating with a supportive team, and being part of meaningful patient progress.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited COTA program
- Active Indiana COTA license
- Flexibility to support PRN and occasional weekend needs
- A warm personality and a heart for older adults
Nice To Haves
- Prior LTC, rehab, or acute experience is helpful—but not required!
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with a passionate Occupational Therapist to bring treatment plans to life—using creativity, encouragement, and evidence-based techniques to help older adults regain confidence in their daily routines.
- From mobility training to functional ADLs, you’ll make a direct, lasting impact on the people you serve.
- Support residents through individualized, purposeful interventions
- Complete documentation and maintain productivity expectations
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that genuinely values your voice
- Bring joy and confidence to every interaction
