Responsibilities đź What Youâll Do As a PRN COTA , youâll play an essential hands-on role in delivering meaningful care and helping residents achieve their personal goals. You will: Carry out individualized OT treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist Provide creative, functional interventions that support mobility, ADLs, and quality of life Communicate progress and observations to the OT to ensure optimal outcomes Document treatment notes accurately and efficiently Collaborate with a warm, interdisciplinary team that values your voice and clinical insight Step in as needed to support weekday or weekend PRN coverage This is a chance to make a real differenceâevery shift, every patient, every interaction.
