Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited COTA program
- Valid Iowa COTA license
- Flexibility for PRN scheduling needs
- A heart for serving older adults
Nice To Haves
- Experience in rehab, long-term care, or acute care is greatâbut not required
Responsibilities
- Carry out individualized OT treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
- Provide creative, functional interventions that support mobility, ADLs, and quality of life
- Communicate progress and observations to the OT to ensure optimal outcomes
- Document treatment notes accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with a warm, interdisciplinary team that values your voice and clinical insight
- Step in as needed to support weekday or weekend PRN coverage
