PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Skilled Nursing Facility | Wednesdays Only (8-Hour Day) 📍 Cascades at Riverwalk - Midvale, UT Independence Rehab is actively seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing team at Cascades at Riverwalk . Requirements
- Licensed COTA in the state of Utah
- Passion for working with the geriatric population
- Caring, reliable, and team-oriented clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply-even if SNF experience is limited
Nice To Haves
- Preference for 1+ year of SNF experience
Responsibilities
- Treating occasionally clinically complex patients
- Proficiency with all types of transfers
- Providing adaptive ADL retraining
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team
