About The Position

Las Colinas Post Acute is looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our compassionate care team in Ontario, California. We are a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving San Bernardino County, providing long- and short-term care, rehabilitation, and respite services in a safe, welcoming space. Our facility features spacious private rooms with en-suite bathrooms, expansive common areas for social engagement, a wide variety of activities to support emotional and social well-being, state-of-the-art equipment and therapy spaces, and a collaborative team culture supported by PACS Services.

Requirements

• Valid COTA certification and California licensure.
