Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Hold a valid or pending state license (for new graduates).
  • Acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement creative treatment plans.
  • Encourage and empower patients to reach their rehabilitation goals.
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care.
  • Maintain productivity standards and complete documentation with accuracy.
  • Be a trusted partner in the community, providing compassionate care.
