This full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) position involves assisting the Occupational Therapist in developing and administering individual treatment programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist and ordered by a Physician. Requirements

Maintains a current Indiana COTA License
Current BLS certification
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Basic computer knowledge
