Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our growing team serving Livingston and surrounding communities. We provide in-home pediatric therapy services focused on helping children build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to thrive in everyday life. Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of Texas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home health setting
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)
- Implement treatment plans designed to improve functional skills related to play, self-care, and daily activities
- Monitor patient progress and document therapy sessions accurately
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary therapy team
- Support children in achieving developmental milestones and increased independence
