Functional Pathways is currently hiring at the Arizona Veterans Home in Yuma, AZ for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. AZ State Veterans Home in Yuma stands as a testament to honoring those who have served. This state-owned and operated facility, located in West Yuma, is divided into 60 long-term care beds, plus a 20-bed memory care unit. ASVH-Yuma features single occupancy rooms, each with an ADA-approved, en suite bathroom. Requirements
- Must have an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations.
- Active state license required.
