Requirements

Current, valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in California (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

Carry out occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Document patient progress accurately in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize patient independence and quality of life.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home programs.
Contribute to ongoing quality improvement within our in-house therapy department.
