Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited COTA program
- Active Illinois license OR ability to obtain (we can guide you!)
Nice To Haves
- Rehab or long-term care experience is a plus — not required
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Help residents regain independence and confidence
- Maintain documentation & productivity standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
