Your Impact & Responsibilities: Skilled Intervention: Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OTR), deliver high-quality therapeutic services designed to improve resident independence and quality of life. Collaborative Care: Partner with the interdisciplinary team to execute personalized care plans that focus on meaningful resident outcomes. Functional Goal Achievement: Assist residents in regaining Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional mobility within a skilled nursing environment. Team Synergy: Contribute to a positive, patient-centered atmosphere where therapy and nursing work hand-in-hand. Professionalism: Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all state and facility clinical standards. Requirements

  • Must possess a current, valid California Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License.
