Requirements

Associates or better in Health Services Administration.
Cert Occup Ther Asst Certification
CPR

Responsibilities

Implements the plan of care developed by the Occupational Therapist.
Instructs client and caregiver in treatment programs, precautions, and equipment use as necessary and documents client/caregiver demonstration of instructions provided.
Documents client status and progression towards achievement of outcomes on each visit in measureable parameters.
Submits accurate and complete billing for each patient.
Is responsible to work within the guidelines and authorization provided by the individual's insurance coverage, AND/OR Medicare guidelines.
Demonstrates dependability/flexibility in meeting scheduling needs of the department and facility.
Consistently strives to be a productive member of the institution and always puts time to good use.
