Requirements
- STAR mentality – Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful
- Active CNA license in Nebraska (or willingness to transfer)
- A team player focused on delivering outstanding resident care
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents in your neighborhood
- Observe and promptly report changes in physical or behavioral health
- Document all care provided and notify the nurse manager of refusals or abnormal findings
- Respond to call lights quickly and with compassion
