Requirements
- Current valid Illinois C.N.A. certification
- Must have at least 1 year experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility.
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and customer service.
- All candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and physical exam.
- All positions in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
- Please note that all employees are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
