About The Position
Located in Fayetteville, Whispering Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation was the first licensed nursing home in North Carolina and has a long tradition of providing quality care to our residents. Our facility is designed not only for those residents who have long-term care needs, but also for those who have complex medical conditions and for those who are recovering from surgery or illness. By offering a comprehensive rehabilitation program, skilled nursing services and an outstanding life enrichment activities program, we provide a holistic approach to our residents’ care and well-being. We currently have multiple openings in the following areas: CNAs – All days, All Shifts; full time and part time. 7-3pm full time and part-time 3-11pm full time and part time 11-7pm full time and partime We are looking for new team members who desire to make a difference in the long-term care arena and to positively touch lives. Requirements
- Credentialed in NC with unencumbered NC License / Certification
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Two years’ experience in a Long Term Care environment
- Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software -- PCC a plus
