Requirements

• Hold an active CNA license from a state-approved nursing program.
• At least 2 years of recent CNA experience in a healthcare setting.
• CPR certified.
• Up-to-date on health screenings.
• Physically fit to handle patient transfers and the demands of 12-hour shifts.
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, especially in skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Help patients with daily activities like eating, dressing, and grooming.
• Keep track of vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Record care details accurately, keeping patients' healthcare teams in the loop.
• Provide patient-centered care with dignity, respect, and a personal touch.
• Stay on top of state requirements and best practices to deliver the highest level of care.
