About The Position

Shift: 2pm-10pm, rotating weekends
Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Requirements

• Current valid Illinois C.N.A. certification
• Must have at least 1 year experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility.
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism and customer service.
• All candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and physical exam.
• All positions in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status. Please note that all employees are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
