About The Position

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) working the third shift. We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents and patients, and we are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment while working overnight hours, 6:00 pm -6:30 am.

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification/license in the state of employment
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and infection control procedures

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents or patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in health status to nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
• Support nursing staff with basic clinical tasks and documentation
