What You'll Do: Provide exceptional care and assistance to our residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management. Administer medications accurately and safely under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Document resident care and medication administration according to facility policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and personalized service. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized environment to promote resident safety and well-being.

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pennsylvania.
  • Completion of a state-approved training program for Nursing Assistants.
  • Knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature with a strong desire to help others.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
