About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Part-Time, 0.6 FTE Day Shift, Milwaukee, WI: Sign-On Bonus Available, $2,100Community Care is hiring Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Day Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. Requirements
- Education:â¯High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.
Responsibilities
- Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs
- Support the health of Community Care program members
- Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts
- Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care
