Assist with nurse-delegated tasks, including recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts. Our all-inclusive training program is designed to prepare you for success: CNA Training Program: 75 hours, with a blend of online and in-person learning. Certification: Earn your CNA certification upon completion. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs.
  • Must pass a MN Background Check.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to our residents.
