Requirements
- Valid Illinois CNA certification
- A passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
- A team-first mindset and commitment to serving older adults
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Support residents with mobility, including use of mechanical lifts
- Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs
- Build meaningful relationships through compassionate communication
- Play a vital role on a collaborative care team dedicated to resident well-being
