The Lutheran Home Hearthstone Assisted Living Community is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support resident care within our community. Requirements
- Valid Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts
- Promote residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being
- Engage residents through meaningful interaction and communication
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
