Job Duties: Provide personal care and support to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility Follow each patient's care plan and report any changes in condition Work alongside nurses, therapists, and facility staff to provide excellent care Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA certification or applicable aide credentials in Wisconsin
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare facility
- CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Responsibilities
