As a CNA, you will provide basic care to patients, assist them in their daily activities, and monitor for changes in their conditions, reporting them promptly to the nursing team. You will also be responsible for collecting and recording information vital to the patients’ conditions and treatment. Requirements
- Certified in the State of Indiana
- Passionate about serving others
- Able to work with a dedicated team
- Professional appearance and behavior
- To conform to the basic qualifications set forth by the Indiana Department of Health (ie: be able to read, write, and perform simple mathematics such as addition and subtraction)
- Successfully complete the Basic Aide Training Course
- To be able to satisfactorily pass the physical examination administered in behalf of gainful employment in the facility
Responsibilities
- Provide basic care to patients
