About The Position
Centurion is the provider of medical healthcare services to the Florida Department of Corrections. This full-time Certified Nursing Assistant position is located at the Florida Women's Reception Center in Ocala, Florida. The CNA works under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals, including assisting with personal hygiene, daily living needs, and vital sign monitoring.
Requirements
- Florida CNA license
- Current CPR
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
- High School Diploma/GED
Nice To Haves
- One year experience in acute care, long term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred
