About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Per Diem NEW RATES! Provide direct personal resident care and services including, but not limited to safety, comfort, personal hygiene, or resident protection services under the supervision of a registered professional nurse or licensed practical nurse. Openings on ALL SHIFTS! Day shift (7am-3pm) Evening shift (3pm-11pm) Night shift (11pm-7am) NEW INCREASED RATES! (as of 9/20/2025) MON-FRI Day $23.00/hr (base), Evening $24.84/hr (base+8%), Night $25.76/hr (base+12%) SAT-SUN Day $23.46/hr (base+2%), Evening $25.30/hr (base+10%), Night $26.22/hr (base+14%) Lutheran Care Center is a 160-bed nonprofit nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, and the care of our residents always comes first. Requirements
- Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant training and current NYS Certification.
- Previous experience in nursing home or hospital preferred.
- Must work a minimum of 5 full shifts per month.
- Must work one weekend per month.
- Must read, write, and comprehend English.
- all employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, MMR, and PPD.
