Requirements
- Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program (required)
- Active and clear Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice (required)
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, or related experience and / or training.
- Successful completion of State-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course.
Responsibilities
- Record vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff
- Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements as needed
- Monitor and document patient vital signs daily
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
