Requirements
- Valid Illinois CNA certification

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Support nurse-delegated tasks, including recording vital signs and using mechanical lifts
- Build meaningful connections with residents through compassionate communication and engagement
- Play a key role on a collaborative, resident-centered care team
