About The Position

As a CNA, you - Provide basic patient care under the direction of the nursing staff and perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom patients/residents and change linens Move, transfer or transport patients/residents Will primarily work with long-term, memory care, and rehab patients and residents in our SNF neighborhoods, with flexibility to assist in other areas of the nursing home as needed Build long lasting relationships with residents and help provide them with social and emotional support

Requirements

• Completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant course or passing the State Nursing Assistant exam for Certification as well as the CNA listing on the State and Federal Registry required

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Nursing Assistant in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
• Computer skills strongly preferred
• Certified or willingness to obtain dementia care certification strongly preferred
